Penis Exercises for harder erections

Many people think that penis exercises are myths and tend to ignore them. They, however, exist for a very long time.

In the treatment of erectile dysfunction, erection exercises are one of the core components in the cure scheme.

There are a lot of techniques, for example:

  • Jelqing
  • Stretches and Holds
  • Ballooning
  • Edges
  • Keqel (PC muscle exercises) (pubococcygeus)

The foundation of these erection exercises are mainly to

  • improve blood circulation of the penis,
  • increase the volume of blood held within the erectile tissue, and
  • reduce the sensitivity of the penile tissue

It is the erectile tissue that engorges with blood when sexually aroused resulting in an erection. The theory goes that if the erectile tissue can be encouraged to hold a greater volume of blood than it could otherwise naturally accommodate, then this will in turn result in a harder erection, and a larger penis size. At the same time, if the penile tissue has get used to strong stimulus, longer erection time can be achieved as your body is adapted to a certain level of stimulus.

The Kegel technique trains your body to control the pubococcygeus muscle (or PC muscle). This muscle is the one most important tissue that helps us maintain an erection.

Finding the PC Muscle

The PC muscle is located between the anal canal and the base of the testis, quite easy to find. You can feel the PC muscle clearly

  • by clenching the urinary flow while peeing. It is the PC muscle contracted in order to stop the flow.

The exercise

Perform these simple exercise and incorporated it into your daily life, as it will dramatically improve your sexual stamina as well as getting harder erections where ever and when ever you wanted to.

Quick Clenches – Beginner exercise

Make a lot of quick clenches in a 10 second period, followed by a 10 second break. Each clench lasts shortly, for around half a second or less.​Repeat this 3 times with a 30 second break in between. Remember not to overdo, three times a day will be enough at the beginning stage.

Basic PC Squeezes

Tighten your PC muscle over a count of five, until it reaches 100% tightness. Then hold this hard for five seconds, and then slowly release for five seconds.

Do this squeezes 10 times a day. Always try to add the number of repetitions if possible. If you reach 50 repetitions a day, your PC muscle should be strong enough for more challenging exercises.

Short squeezes – Intermediate exercises

Short squeezes are very similar to Basic PC Squeezes, but shorter and quicker. Perform the tightening/holds/release in 2 seconds instead of 5, making the whole rep last 6 seconds. Do 20 repetitions a day in the beginning, and with time advance towards 100 reps a day.

The PC Step Workout

What you do here is tighten the PC Muscle in short steps. When you reach the peak of tightness, gradually relax the muscle the same step. Its alot like walking up and down a stair, only the steps get more and more fatiguing. Give some moderate tightness to your PC Muscle, then hold for 5 seconds. Tighten it some more, hold. Follow this tightening pattern 4-5 steps.

At the last step, tighten all that you possibly can, and hold for 20 seconds. Then relax a little, hold 5 seconds, relax a little, hold 5 seconds… Until you walked down the stairs again. Do this 5 times without rest.

The PC Burn

Begin to gradually tighten your PC muscle. Tighten it so slowly that it takes about 3 minutes to reach maximum tightness. When you feel like it can’t go any further, do it anyway. soon the PC muscle will begin to burn. Hold at this state for 30 seconds, while trying to focus on breathing very slowly and deeply. When you held for 30 seconds, apply even more tightness!
Continue gradually until the burn gets uncomfortably unbearable. release all tension and immediately do 20 PC Squeezes. Do this once a day.

The Results

If you follow do these exercises every day for a couple of weeks, you should really feel the results of having a stronger PC muscle:
